In the location of the traditional Lübeck department store "Haerder" a new shopping centre the "Hearder Centre" will be erect and open in autumn, 2008 by owner Tenkhoff Properties GmbH. Various attractive retail- office spaces and medical practises be developed on a gross floor-space of 31.377 m².
On account of our experiences in project management services of complex huge scale projects we received the assignment of comprehensive project management for this project in April, 2007.
This is an exciting task, because we have to take into consideration the interests of neighbours and monument orderlies equally besides the general requirements.
Our project management team leads and supports our client vigorously with extensive services of the project management.
The works on the excavation pit are in entire progress. The completion of the shopping centre should occur in autumn, 2008.
