On the 04th September 2007, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer Properties, Mr. Jerry Speyer, and the mayor of the city of Frankfurt am Main, Petra Roth, had laid the foundation-stone for the new building of the 168-metre-high office tower "OpernTurm".
In the old opera, the only preserved, representative place from the 19-th century in Frankfurt am Main, in the Bockenheimer district, the 44-storey and 168-metre-high office tower OpernTurm, including a 7-storey podium, should be finished up to 2010.
With this building project, the team of SMV is responsible for schedule controlling and claim management. SMV supports Tishman Speyer Properties with these services to achieve the main objectives of the client, to keep the appointment frame and the cost budget.
