Chief Executive Officer of Tenkhoff Properties, Mr. Joachim Tenkhoff, Chief Executive Officer of LBBW Immobilien Capital, Mr. Ralf P. Nisar, the mayor of the hanseatic city of Lübeck, Mr. Bernd Saxe had laid the foundation-stone for the new shopping Mall "Haerder-Center" in Lübeck.
Various attractive retail- office spaces and medical practises be developed on a gross floor-space of 31.377 m². The new shopping mall "Hearder Centre Lübeck" is planned to be opened in autumn 2008. The extensive project management services are undertaken by team of SMV.
