Project description

On the former site of the Oskar-Helene-Heim in Berlin-Zehlendorf, a health and medical concept is being developed that is unique in Germany. On an area of more than 25,000 m², the offers from the primary and secondary health market will be interlinked, thus offering services ranging from prevention to rehabilitation. In the “eins”, customers will encounter numerous offers such as wellness, fitness, hotel, private clinic, children’s day care centre, doctors’ surgeries, physiotherapy, spa, outpatient rehabilitation, pharmacy, health academy, sports medicine, psychotherapy. Embedded in nature and the adjacent protected landscape area, people shall experience health and therapy in a new way and the burden of diseases shall be minimized as far as possible.

The building complex to be constructed consists of individual structures in which medical practices and other health-related services are to be accommodated, as well as a day clinic, which will be connected by a common underground car park.
