Cologne’s “Neumarkt-Galerie” is the largest shopping centre in Cologne city centre. The “Neumarkt-Galerie” complex comprises three buildings from different eras, some with different floor heights and each with a different architectural language.
It has three basement floors as well as a ground floor and seven upper floors.
The “Neumarkt-Galerie” was converted during ongoing retail, office and PAN-Klinik operations.
The center has direct access to the subway on the first floor. The retail rental space is located from the underground to the 2nd floor. The upper floors house the PAN-Klinik as a large private clinic.
