Project description | Construction of a 170 m high office tower with 43 storeys and a rental area of 72,500 m² including an underground car park with 580 parking spaces The OpernTurm has received LEED Gold certification in accordance with the US environmental standard for sustainable construction. |
Role SMV | SMV was awarded by Tishman Speyer with the services cost planning and in addition, the company has been commissioned with the following tasks: claim tracking, claim management, schedule planning and control as well as the coordination of the complete tenant fit-out. In connection with the provision of services, the special requirements listed below had to be met with regard to deadline and cost controlling.
