Project description
This project is to erect a multipart complex of buildings in the centre of Frankfurt/Main. It is situated beside the stock exchange and the Hauptwache/Zeil. It is an extraordinary ensemble of four buildings:

Shopping Centre:
77.000 square meters gross floor area, fitness and wellness area, children’s area, sky bar, in the 4th floor the city garden of the restaurant and direct entrances to the office tower and to the hotel

Tower at the Thurn and Taxis Square:
approx. 48.000 square meters gross floor area; individual, combination or open-space offices on 32 floors, heigh of 135 m

Hotel at Thurn and Taxis Square:
4-5 Stars hotel with approx. 300 rooms and suites, meeting rooms, direct entrance to the fitness and wellness area in the shopping centre, heigh of 96 m

Thurn and Taxis Palais:
Reconstruction of a grand baroque palace of the 18th century using historical data. The palais is integrated in the ensemble and is very impressive in the new quarter. The estimated use connects gourmet restaurant and event shopping with entertainment.

Underground parking: construction of 1390 parking spaces on four underground floors.
