Project describtion
It concerns, on this occasion, one of the energy-most efficient and most resource-saving office buildings of Germany, so-called;Green Building. The project developer orientates himself 30% below the energy saving order in the definition of a low energy house.

Erection of a building with 20 upper floors and 3 basement floors according to the design of KSP Engel and Zimmermann. The building consists of two L-shaped elements enclosing an atrium. The floor space is 63 m x 63 m. Additionally a multistorey garage is to be built, with 8 upper floors and 317 parking spaces.

The architecture of the office building is characterized by indoor ferro-concrete pillars, meeting boxes attached indoors at the atrium cladding (like oriels), and attached stairs. Important for the client is the possibility to divide the space into units of less than 400 m².

Project objektives
The building has to be completed by middle of 2010. Therefore the construction has begun in autumn 2008.
