Project description
New construction of an office building in the city centre of Szczecin in the neighbouring state of Poland. The 6 storey building was designed for services and retail usage in the ground floor and office space from the first til 5th floor. The underground parking with three floors provides 100 carports.

Project objectives
The polish general contractor consistently had additional claims and threatened not to meet the predetermined deadlines and qualities. SMV attended the rescheduling and the following construction works in a way that more drawbacks in the construction progress and inappropriate high extra costs for the owner could be avoided. 

Benefits for the client
The interior fitting was coordinated in such a way that the requirements of the new and ambitious tenants could be met and carried out on schedule. Additionally the dates were determined for tender and award of contract (incl. the sampling of the structural works and interior fitting) and for the official acceptance and agreed with the contract partners. This ensured a smooth construction progress. Finally the budget was kept to the utmost satisfaction of the client.- retrieved the project from failing
