Project description
Erection of a new building on site SPV 1-4 of the so-called Überseequartier in the harbor city of Hamburg. The new building has ten upper floors and two levels of underground parking. The rentable area of 30.600 m² includes 81 apartments (approx. 8.070 m²), offices (approx. 17.800 m²) as well as shops and restaurants (approx. 4.730 m²).
