Project description
Located in downtown Berlin, near to Museumsinsel, Hackesche Höfe, and government buildings the project “Hackesches Quartier” is situated. This project was developed by IVG Development GmbH. The complex of buildings has a gross floor area of 44.400 m² comprising several buildings with offices, shops, restaurants and a 4-star hotel. The hotel has 145 rooms and is operated by Adina Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

Role of SMV:
SMV was commissioned with project management (project stage 1-5, project preparation through project completion) for the scope of action A through D. Furthermore SMV provides tenant controlling and site supervision services.

Project objectives
Compliance of gross floor area of 44 350 m² and a net lettable area of 30 050 m²; construction of the building in line with the budget and programme.
