Project description
The shopping center Haerder-Center is situated in the Old Town of the Hanseatic town Lübeck on a property between Sandstrasse, Wahmstrasse, king's street and Agidienstrasse in the state injustice of the Lübecker steeped in tradition of department store Haerder. The very medieval structure of the Lübecker Old Town has complicated long time to new settlements and the establishment of wider retail trade in the city centre. The city center is still very attractive as a shopping situation and invites by the traffic reassurance and pelican crossings for strolling and staying. The Haerder-Center in Lübeck offers appealing and high-quality sales surfaces in unique position. Project objectives
The opening of the fully rented shopping centre occurred in time in the 10/30/2008 what was the primary aim position of the principal. Another reason for the intercalation of SMV was a menacing, immense excess of the cost budget which could be turned away successfully.
