Project description
The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund had started with conversion and modernisation works at the rehabilitation hosptial Franken in Oktober 1993 which should be finished in September 1997. Objective was to meet the continously rising standards of medical care within rehabilitation measures and to update the equipment.

Main objective of the conversion and modernisation works of the rehabilitation hospital Franken was the update of technical equipment and the securing of an advanced medical care within rehabilitation measures.

Benefits for the client
The construction works were finished to the client's and the hospital's utmost satisfaction in due time in autumn 1999. We managed to go below budget due to a very strict cost management and cost effective solutions made by the project manager.
