Project description
The Marienplatz-Galerie, a new shopping center, originates directly at Marienplace in the city center of Schwerin. It will be formed inside in the style of an amphitheatre, flooded with light by a glass cupola. At seven levels, on 14.900 square metres of rent surface should be accommodated up to 60 big and smaller shops, in total 60 shops, 150 parking as well as a Ibis-hotel with more than 100 rooms.
