Project description
Erection of a shopping center on the site of the former district office with a net lettable area of 13 800 m². The four retail floors are connected by a central stairway. High quality fashion companies and a consumer electronics store are interested in leasing the 30 shops. The underground garage offers space for 130 cars.

Project objectives
The primary aim position of the principal is to receive profitable real estate permanently rental-cash in the management reasonable and for the investor. The opening of the shopping centre is planned in March, 2011. The given building cost budget is to be kept compelling.
