Project description
New construction of a 170 m office tower with 44 storeys and a lettable space of 72.500 m² incl. underground parking with 580 places.

The OpernTurm aims at a LEED gold certification after the US-environmental standard and becomes with it one of the first office high rise new buildings of Europe with this label.
