Pragmatic. Born and raised in a tiny village called Einöd, which is a German word for "wasteland", she is now steering Germany's only significant skyline into the future. And she doesn't see that as a wildly exciting story at all, but rather as the result of pragmatic decisions: "I can do it, so I do it." When asked to describe herself, a list of bullet points followed. 1 + 1 = 2. No ifs, no buts. And certainly no maybe. Thoughtful organization and logical steps lead to perfect results. That's how she thinks, that's how she decides, that's how she acts. This is how Anna Zwirner comes out of every Escape Room. It's how she usually leaves poker games with a relaxed smile instead of empty pockets. And that's how she completed her first project for SMV: The shell of the Omni Tower was completed - scheduled by her - exactly to the day. This all sounds very unemotional, true; so are we meeting a stone-faced Excel junkie here? Well, she loves Excel, that's true. But she also loves more: friends, her family, nature. Playing the piano. Lego technology excavators. She likes to jump into ice-cold lakes. (And sometimes out of an airplane, which is not really rationally justifiable). And if you ask Anna Zwirner what she values most about her job, it's the people. The togetherness. The common goal that moves, challenges and fills with pride both the concrete builder and the investor. And then they shine, those eyes.
