Nothing is impossible. That's what the Apple founder stood for; that's how Gero Weitz sees it. But at the same time, he doesn't. He is a visionary, yes, but also a pragmatist. Is that an oxymoron? More like the perfect shade of gray. He embarks on an excursion into quantum, beaming, space bending and time travel, has some valid things to say about this as well, but quickly comes back to the bottom of what is feasible here and now. He is no "crazy scientist in a digital ivory tower blowing himself up in the end".

He wants to implement, to create results. The best possible results. Smart buildings, "powerful architecture." Not on his own and certainly not top down. Gero Weitz wants to move people - to accomplishments they themselves did not think they were capable of. He inspires, paves the way, creates the framework: "culture and commitment" meets methods and processes, tools and technologies of modern project management. Mindless procedures are digitized, automated and efficiently optimized. Space for creativity, talent and vision is created; enthusiasm for the team, for the common goal, can unfold.
