PRESSEHAUS at ALEXANDERPLATZ – BERLIN

The building ensemble in the immediate vicinity of Alexanderplatz is bordered by Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse to the east, Hirtenstrasse to the north and Kleine Alexanderstrasse to the west. The property consists of three interconnected building sections: A 17-story existing high-rise, an eight-story new building on the northwest side of the high-rise, and the two-story Pressecafé on the south side of the high-rise. The proposed uses are office and retail.

The Pressehaus at Alexanderplatz is a central element of Alexanderplatz and a defining feature of the Berlin skyline. It offers spectacular visibility and panoramic views of the city.
