The site is located in the Bonn-Gronau district across from Villa Hammerschmidt and the former Bundestag area.

The development is distributed over three structures on a common underground parking garage with over 800 parking spaces. Two structures will be built as 5 and 6-story buildings. The third building is a base building with a 28-story high-rise.

The high-rise building has a column-free overhang area over three floors. The facade in the high-rise is designed as an element facade. In the other two components, the façade will be a precast concrete façade, which will be used as part of the structural design.

The intended use is office space, co-working spaces and a staff restaurant.
