Smart. By no stretch of the imagination does he seem old or wise, but it's a fact: With more than 30 years in the company, he is the longest-serving partner and he has an answer for everything. At the same time, he is bursting with energy and enthusiasm for life. Sports, electric guitar and his equally smart and self-confident children keep him alert and challenge him. That's exactly what he loves. He says he's not interested in being cared for. Resting is not his thing at all. He wants to think, he wants to read, he wants to write. His father was a sexton. At some point he was retired. He went home. And returned just shortly after that. As a volunteer. He still does the job today. Thomas Lewicz feels just as comfortable in working boots on the construction site as he does in front of the computer. This becomes more and more important, in the planning phase as well as in the construction phase. Most decision are made in front of the screen. It's good when practical experience and expertise can be consulted in equal measure.
