Haus Spore Initiative

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW BUILDING "HAUS SPORE INITIATIVE".

On September 14, 2018, the Schöpflin Foundation, together with representatives of the City of Berlin and a jury of experts, selected the winners of the cooperative procedure for the new construction of Haus Spore Initiative (with an ideas section for the House of Nonprofit Journalism) on the Hermannstr. 84-90 site.

The 1st prize was awarded to AFF Architekten from Berlin, whose design mediates between the existing, closed blocks and a free-standing solitaire aligned with the cemetery along Hermannstrasse.

SMV has accompanied the cooperative procedure and is further assigned with the project management.
