13.04.22 - Central Saxony Logistics Center

PUBLIC APPRECIATION

Invesco Real Estate, together with Berching-based FUCHS Immobilien, is building a logistics center with a floor area of approximately 70,000 m² on a site of around 156,000 m² in Hainichen, Saxony. The property will meet high sustainability standards (KfW 40 and DGNB Gold). The construction project is realized by Fuchs Bau GmbH which is also based in Hainichen.

SMV has accompanied the purchase process and controls the project in the context of a GÜ controlling for the investor company.

On April 04, 2022, Saxon local and state politicians met with the investment community and representatives of the press for a site inspection.

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2022.
