THE FINISHING WORK BEGINS

The shell has been completed, the cranes have been pulled out and almost all specialized contractors are on board.

Finally, one gets a visual impression of what an imposing building Pott Architects have developed and what complexity the facade contains. The facade company is already glazing the first floors. In the basement, the central units have been advanced by the engineering companies and the district heating has been connected. Now all that's missing is weatherproofing, and then the finishing work can really get underway.

With this tight construction site, we now have to face the logistical challenges and roll up our sleeves. The completion phase of the construction project has begun.
