... according to their motto, the project EDGE Hafencity with approx. 25,600m² of office space is being built in the Hafencity at the Amerigo Vespucci Platz. The – due to its very slim geometry - challenging 15-storey building shell is completed on the 3rd floor and is already visible from the Elbbrücken when entering the Hansestadt.

In the course of implementing the ambitious design by HENN Architekten, large shoring scaffolds have to be erected for cantilevers during interim construction. In the future, the cantilevered tower will be supported by a sophisticated steel composite support system that is statically suspended over several floors. The first freight elevator and scaffolding for the tower have been assembled.
