...kadawittfeldarchitektur and Greenbox landscaping architects on the winning design for Münsterstraße in Düsseldorf at Mörsenbroicher Ei!

Together with CENTRUM, the development of a building complex with more than 100,000 m² GFA, two high-rise buildings with approx. 150 m and 70 m and a five-storey underground car park is being planned. The mixed-use development will include office facilities as well as areas for retail, residential, gastronomy and fitness, among others. A comprehensive planning team will accompany the development plan procedure with the target to achieve planning permission in order to initiate the actual project planning.
