SMV BERLIN EXPANDS THE MANAGEMENT
The SMV Group is growing, organically and sustainably; thanks to our clients and teams in already 5 cities, led by individual minds, by strong personalities.
Founded in 1985, SMV Berlin is the nucleus and headquarters of today's SMV Group. We are proud to extend the leadership of this office by two valuable members of our team by appointing Olaf Böckenholt and Arndt Begrich as managing directors of SMV Bauprojektsteuerung Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH.
Olaf Böckenholt is a graduate architect and has been with us since 2008, most recently as an associate partner. He has experience in all areas of construction project management, in particular cost planning and control, technical controlling, bank controlling, preparation of contracts between clients and planners as well as executing companies, handling of documentation and reporting, execution of acceptance and handover of construction works.
Olaf Böckenholt is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects and a member of Real Estate Member e.V.
It is no coincidence that he is also the quality management representative at SMV. Because "quality does not only come from ability, but also from wanting." And he wants.
Arndt Begrich holds a degree in architecture and has been with SMV since 2015, also most recently as an associate partner. He gained valuable experience in construction project management and in architectural offices for complex projects including their implementation, such as Elbtower Hamburg, the new Axel Springer building, the Mall of Berlin, basic renovation of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden and the Staatsbibliothek Unter den Linden, Berlin.
Arndt Begrich is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects.
From his student days in Rome he brought his sparkling energy with him, which even suffices for telephone conferences on his bicycle.
