Kauri CAB Development GmbH and Benson Elliot Capital Management LLP have built the Wasserstadt Mitte project at the north end of Europacity as a vibrant mixed-use urban neighborhood with outstanding town planning and architectural qualities.

In order to meet the goal of diversity of uses, various residential concepts were developed on a site area of approximately 13,600 m², providing intelligent answers to the demands of contemporary living. The focus in this attractive environment with waterfront location was on rental housing with shares of group living, daycare, office and retail use. In the central location with direct links to the adjacent areas of the city center, the urban compact neighborhood development brings together living and working with a high local recreation factor.
