OMNITurm - FRANKFURT

The 190 m high OMNITURM, encased in a highly transparent glass and metal façade, is located in the heart of Frankfurt. The project comprises a high-rise building with a first floor, 45 above-ground floors and four underground floors with associated outdoor amenity areas. The prestigious lobby, with a height of seven meters, impresses with exceptional light art and real wood parquet flooring laid over the entire surface.

Here, skyscrapers with a height of more than 100 meters now stand at all four corners, and the history of Frankfurt’s high-rise development can be observed from them.

The total of 30 office floors are separated by the eight-story "hip swing," which contains one- and multi-room rental apartments, some of which are equipped with balconies.

The concept is completed by a projected restaurant with outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor and a Common Space Lounge with adjoining roof terrace, offering a spectacular view of the Frankfurt skyline.

The OMNITURM combines working and living on the highest level.
