The OpernTurm, 170 meters high, has become a recognized classic in Frankfurt's skyline. Built between 2005 and 2009, it rises above the Opernplatz directly next to the Alte Oper.

The office tower comprises 42 floors above ground, an underground garage with 580 parking spaces and 72,500 m² of leasable space. The lobby with a height of 17 m serves as an exhibition space for various works of art. 

The powerfully elegant OpernTurm, consisting of the straight-lined tower and the rounded podium with roof terrace, has received LEED Gold certification in accordance with the US environmental standard for sustainable construction.
