With "EDGE HafenCity", EDGE Technologies is developing an office building complex with a perimeter block development with up to 6 full stories above ground, a high-rise building with up to 15 stories in the south-western area of the site and a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,700 m² above ground plus 4,200 m² in the basement.

The basement is planned with an underground car park, in which 88 parking spaces can currently be realized, 75 percent of which will be equipped with electric charging stations.
The building is expected to achieve at least "Platinum" certification level in the "HafenCity Ecolabel Version 3.0" system or "Gold" certification under the "WELL Building Standard".
