Quartier Alter Wall – Hamburg
The project is located in the immediate neighborhood of the City Hall of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and thus in one of the best locations in Hamburg's city center. The building complex includes 15 retail spaces and restaurants, the new internationally renowned Bucerius Kunst Forum and the "Bucerius Passage", offices with a view of the canal or the city hall, and a public underground car park with approximately 220 parking spaces.
The approximately 150-meter-long property consists of five buildings and has listed facades along the Alter Wall and Adolphsbrücke, as well as in parts on the waterfront, which are unique in Hamburg along this length. A new pedestrian bridge, the Marion-Gräfin-Dönhoff-Brücke, was created to connect the Alter Wall with the luxury promenade Neuer Wall.
