On a beautiful September day in idyllic Kladow, we finally gave our next generation an understanding of what project management actually means.
The following is a short summary of the training program:
Taking big jumps in a very confined space, known in professional circles as a "bouncy castle".
Picking the right ones out of an almost impenetrable swamp of creative ideas, known in professional circles as "duck fishing".
Slipping into different roles and becoming fully absorbed in them, known in professional circles as "kids' make-up".
Always being at the forefront without attracting negative attention from those around you, known in professional circles as "buffet storming".
Always thinking one step ahead, in professional circles called "four wins".
Once again we gave everything to ensure that the next generation is prepared for adult life well in advance. However, if they still end up becoming professional athletes or influencers, well, so be it. It was a lot of fun – for young and old alike – and between us, some of the really big ones were still partying when the little ones were well into bed.
