One skyscraper is not enough!

This is probably what the project developer Groß und Partner had in mind when developing the project FOUR on the former Deutsche Bank site. In no time the 93 meter high "Deutsche Bank IBCF" tower was demolished and the building site was open for this mega project.

Not one tower, but four! Not on a greenfield site, but in the middle of Frankfurt's banking district. And even the smallest tower of the FOUR is taller than its predecessor. The four buildings with heights of 233, 178, 120 and 100 meters will further enrich the skyline of Frankfurt and are designed for one purpose: Live the city! The quarter combines residential, work and city life. In addition to apartments and offices, there will also be two hotels, a variety of restaurants, retail outlets and a kids' daycare center.

We are excited to be able to support this project in our fundamental discipline, time scheduling, which is deeply rooted at SMV Frankfurt, and thus to once again accompany the Frankfurt skyline in its growth.
