The groundbreaking ceremony took place!

On 16.06.2022, the long-awaited groundbreaking ceremony for the exciting JaHo Berlin construction project at the S- & U-Bahnhof Jannowitzbrücke took place. The sand was flying high, the spirits were great and the sun was shining. We are looking forward to the first roar of the excavators and the emergence of this building ensemble, which we are allowed to accompany up to the handover of the keys. The completion of this ensemble of three buildings is planned for 2025. There will be a six-story and a twelve-story building, planned by the architectural firm Kuehn Malvezzi, as well as an eighteen-story tower designed by Büro Chipperfield. All buildings comprise a floor area of 50,000 m².
