HACKESCHES QUARTER – BERLIN

 

In a central location in Berlin-Mitte and in the immediate vicinity of the Museum Island, the Hackesche Höfe as well as political institutions, IVG developed the project "Hackesches Quartier" with a gross floor area of approximately 44,400 m² (above ground) and 15,000 m² (below ground).

You can’t get more Mitte than this.

The project is divided into two blocks and several buildings with attractive office, retail and restaurant space and a 4-star apartment hotel with 145 rooms, which is operated by Adina Germany GmbH & Co. KG. The buildings stand on a common two-story underground parking garage with 325 parking spaces.
