JAHO STADTTURM – BERLIN

The project is located in the heart of Berlin directly next to the S-Bahn station Jannowitzbrücke in the immediate vicinity of Alexanderplatz. To the north, the construction site adjoins Holzmarktstrasse. To the east, the construction site borders the JAHO Stadthaus. To the south, the construction site is bordered by the Jannowitzbrücke S-Bahn station and the access to the station. To the west, the construction field borders a town square.

With its balance between public and private use, the city tower will become a new landmark within its prominent location on Jannowitzbrücke.
— Lena Brühne (AIRE)

This is a seventeen-story, skipping building. The site will have a generous passageway leading to the listed S-Bahn station.

On the first floor, a semi-public area is created that includes retail/café space in addition to the lobby. Green terraces are attached to the elevated fifth and eleventh floors. A publicly accessible skybar is located on the 17th floor, offering impressive views of the city.

Both highly flexible co-working spaces and conventional offices are planned as office spaces. It is thus ensured that all common office types such as individual offices, combined offices, team offices and open space can be implemented. The building will be connected to the adjacent JAHO - Stadthaus project underground by a three-story underground parking garage.

The design will be done in BIM. Gold certification in DGNB, WELL as well as Wired score is being pursued.
