HOFSTATT – Munich
The Hofstatt quarter consists of listed historic buildings as well as new buildings and has a total leasable area of 42,346 m². The existing old buildings with a total area of 18,500 m² were renovated and three new buildings with a total area of 24,000 m² were added to the building ensemble.
