New Campus ProSiebenSat. 1 – Munich
In Unterfoehring outside of Munich, a new campus is being built for ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE on an existing site to expand the company's premises with office and production use.

To realize the construction project, existing buildings will be demolished in two construction phases to place a uniform building ensemble with five stories on the site. A total of approx. 84,000 m² of floor space plus a two-story underground parking garage with 600 parking spaces will be distributed over three building components. The meander-shaped components A and C face each other and, together with the central component B, form a U-shape that creates a generous open space with landscaping.
In the form of individual and group offices in combination with open-space areas, workplaces are created for approximately 1,700 employees.
