PAULANER Headquarters – Munich
In the course of relocating its brewery operations to Munich-Langwied, the Paulaner Brewery moved its headquarters to the vacated factory premises in Ohlmüllerstrasse. In the process, a new building was added to the historic part of the Zacherl building, which is a listed building, so that the original courtyard development could be recreated. A total of approx. 10,100 m² GFA was created with office space for the administration for approx. 300 workplaces as well as rooms for representation purposes and training courses in the 1st basement.

SMV was assigned to provide project controlling services and also acted as the general contractor's contact on the client's side. SMV thus fulfilled the role as a link between the client and the general contractor.
